I dont think they got conservative in Tampa. I think the play calls continued to be very good, there was a mix of run, play action, and empty backfield. The problem in Tampa was fumbles.

They had 9 possessions in the 2nd half: 3 punts, 1 TD, 1 FG, 1 missed FG, 3 Fumbles
