“No. None of those guys have a chance this week.”SJD, Rochell, and Henderson have indeed been designated for return from IR.
But all that means at this point is that they can now practice with the team for 21 days. The Rams can put any or all of the on the active roster at any time in the next 3 weeks ... but any of them who don't make it back to the 53 man roster within 21 days goes back on IR.
McVay has made it pretty clear that none of them are playing against the Bucs. But if the Rams win on Sunday they have a shot for the NFCCG the following week.
