Here's my question about the SB XXXVI conspiracy: if the NFL was out to screw the Rams, why would the game officials call a holding penalty (after allegedly allowing it for the entire game, mind you) against the Patriots that took a defensive TD off the board and had given the Patriots a 24-3 lead? That would have been game over.

Instead, the Rams scored after the penalty and cut the lead to 17-10. There would have been no reason whatsoever for the officials to make a call like that and put the Patriot's lead in jeopardy.

It just doesn't make sense, does it?
