Personally I was fine with the last drive and getting the 49ers to burn all three timeouts. With 88 yards to go in 85 seconds and no timeouts the Rams defense should have got a stop. But I get his point.
But his larger point about getting players the ball in space on quicker drops/throws to negate the 49ers pass rush that was winning all day? Yeah, 100%. Especially with players like Kupp and OBJ.
