The sad thing is, they describe how Shanny created a game plan to attack the greatest weakness of the Ram's defense, the ILB and S positions. How is it that Shanny adjust game plan to attack the Ram's Achilles heel but the Rams just run McVay's 11 personnel regardless of situation/opponent. That smacks of Martz level arrogance that doomed Mike, and it might doom McVay.
