That doesn't make any sense at all. With 18 million people, it should be an afterthought to fill a stadium. Raiders didn't have any trouble winning over LA. Rams just aren't cool and people don't like them. Mostly because they are a finesse team and always exposed as fakes when the chips are down. No one wants to align themselves with a soft team.
