I guarantee you had the Rams not scored a TD and had left themselves no time for 1 more shot at it, the howling of bad time management would have been heard.
It all depends on if the players are able to execute. If not, time management doesn't mean a thing. Just ask the losing Ravens that couldn't execute on Defense but used up all their timeouts believing they would.
