So many think every loss is because of too much passing

So many fans think every loss is because of too much passing. That the only way you can win is to run more. Like how much more. Should there be no passing whatsoever. Look at the final four last year.

Chiefs
Packers
Bucs
Bills

I wonder how many of these team's wins would be losses if they didn't have a strong passing game. These 4 teams all have dynamic passing games.

When I watch a Rams team flounder for 30 years whenever the emphasis is on the run (1990-1998, 2006-2016) but see almost every team that is successful have a strong / top passing game (1999-2004, 2017-2022), I tend to think that passing may not be all that bad! smiling smiley

I would love to see how many games would be losses had we taken out a few pass plays that delivered scores and changed the momentum and replaced those plays with short runs, but that never seems to be taken in consideration. If you run more, maybe those plays don't happen because instead of getting a 30 yard catch and run from Kupp, you got a 2 yard plunge into the line on 2 and 10 and on 3rd and 8 you got a sack.

To get the good in life, sometimes there is some bad that goes with it. Nobody would ever have a love in their life if you weren't willing to live with a few hiccups with that person. It is the same with aggressive mindset with Football, playing to win versus playing scared and hoping not to lose.

Akers has fluidity in the passing game and breakaway speed
