I know they picked up the 5th year option - paying him about 1million. I thought I had read that his dead cap hit would only be a portion of his pro-rated signing bonus - like 276k. Either way he shouldn't be taking up a roster spot. Would anyone feel comfortable with him on the 53 come week 1? He just cannot stay healthy and when he does get hurt - you're on to plan B or C with a practice squad player. They can find another 3rd down back, maybe a vet, who's more durable.
