I put a close pin on my nose and went over to Niners Nation last night. Niners beat the Eagles head to head already, but haven’t played the Saints.
So, that somehow takes the head to head metric out of the rankings. So, what the Niner fans are worried about is if the Saints win out, then the Eagles in get and leave Frisco at the door.
I’m just the messanger. I’m not claiming to understand the Byzantine ranking process.
