If they had taken Creed instead of Tutu, I'd just shrug at all of those other mistakes. They were understandable at the time and you're never going to get everything right. But Tutu was an extremely stupid pick when they made it. And it's even MORE stupid in hindsight. And puts doubt in one's mind about Snead/McVay in some ways.
