at some point, it's a coaches job to coach up his players.
Decamillis should be coaching up these guys and figuring out how to put these guys in positions to succeed. it's not his job to say: well Snead handed me garbage so I guess my unit will suck. I get that there is only so much polishing he can put on a turd, but he's still responsible for the unit.
