I think you're saying that teams could stop Kupp if they wanted to. They just choose not to.
But he leads the league with 10 TDs. It seems to me that even if teams were just letting Kupp catch the ball and gain a bunch of yards they would at least keep him out of the endzone if they could. Why don't they?
