they rip Morris and "scheme this" and "scheme that" with vague comments
that mean nothing. And comments from other boards
are brought here with fantasies about "32 personnel"
and "not adjustments" which there were
and I explain the scheme with one simple ecample and there are
tons but just a couple people comment or even asks a question
Before the season I told people (and some agreed) what Stafford was
I was ripped
After 4-5 weeks I said same thing and said "wait and see"
I was ripped.
Now? We see who he is.
Crickets
And I STILL stand by my original comments
Stafford was never elite
Stafford is an upgrade to Goff
Stafford, while not being elite, CAN lead Rams to the promised land
i.e. one does not need to be elite to get to SB
It takes team effort, though---
just because one is not Brady, Rodgers, Brees, etc...does not mean
you cannot get in the SB, Goff did, Jimmy G. did
I also said the defense is not as good as last year and gave reasons
of possibly why
And still, people scream "scheme, scheme" when they don't know the
scheme.
I got ripped for saying the scheme is the same stuff
Greise said it on MNF, Peyton said it---and still, it's Morris' "scheme"
We need to take a breath, we have butts whipped 2 weeks in a row
and the season is not over
And there are tough games coming.
And truth be told---I AM worried about the defense
It's just that so many people have been attacking me and we've never
been able to get past the basics that I have not been able to give
my critiques
Rodgers has the ability to carve us up, for several reasons I could outline
Packers defense could be a problem for our offense for several reasons
Baltimore scares me.
AZ, we *could* win...they can sometimes be Jeckle and Hyde
I think we beat SF and SEA and Jax
Vikings, those jerks pull out a surprise win now and again and Cousins
is like Stafford, can get red hot---and complete everything or he can
lay the occasional egg, you never know
we could go 4-3 in the next 7
5-2 might be best case
