As fans, we see this and talk about it but I don't think I have ever heard a player or coach speak out and say the 9er's played harder and wanted it more than us. Maybe they can't say it in public but you got to think this stuff is being talked about behind closed doors?
Some people do say it and sometimes it's very clear when one team plays with more "intensity" and "wanted it more". The last few Rams/Whiners games it looked like the Farty Whiners were all drinking Red Bull and we were drinking Prune juice and on laxatives!
Here is Josh Allen from the game against the Jags...
Link"Credit to them. They came out, they wanted it more," Allen said, via ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg.
And Shaguill Griffen from the same game...
"I was just looking on their sideline, and one thing I know was like, they don't have the same energy as us," Jags cornerback Shaquill Griffin said. "I feel like if you feel like one team deserved this win, it's us, but you've got to believe that. That's one thing I kept preaching at everybody else. Look on the sidelines, watching them walking around, it's like they don't care. They don't deserve this. Let's show them why."
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
