Never knew how bad Panic Attacks REALLY were till my Ex had one back in 2006.

I USED to think it was something that you just "shake it off" and move on. Her's kept her awake for 5 straight days. She had to be sedated to FINALLY sleep and then medicated. She's been off the meds for years. But I tell ya, it was NOTHING to take as light as I initially did. It gave me a helluva lot more appreciation as a First Responder also.
