I read the article and what I saw didn't jive with my memory of the game. So I looked it up, and youtube confirmed my thought: Ramsey got a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct after his interception, not taunting.

(And I didn't think he deserved an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, but that's a separate discussion.)
