I've watched it about a dozen times. QB is not hit in the head. I thought maybe Obo's helmet hit the QB's but its doubtful. But the rule includes the neck area. I did not know that.

The Donald roughing the passer... they keep showing it in slo-mo so it looks like it was 2 seconds late. But in real time it is nearly instantaneous. Still it was probably something he could have avoided. In that kind of a situation... sigh... just a rough game.
