Agree completely. I have never been one to diss refs, they have a tough job and being human, they too make mistakes. But I swore at one point in the 4th quarter that they had a bet on which one of the crew could throw the most flags in the game.
The kick-off one was egregious, they didn't follow the rules.
The Higbee catch had several angles that seemed to dispute each other, the play should have stood without enough certainty to overturn it.
The AD roughing the passer was a complete overreaction to Tanny flopping.
Ramsey was slammed down out of bounds on his INT which should have been an immediate personal foul. He overreacted to it with his own but if a flag had been thrown he may not have been so incensed.
The Rams are one of the least flagged teams in the NFL which is a testament to Sean and his staff teaching discipline. They had more penalties last night than I think they had the previous eight games combined. Something was completely off with that ref team and it should be reviewed closely by the NFL. It was as bad as any game I can recall having witnessed over 50+ years. I still won't blame the refs for the loss but come ON, man!
