I really think Snead and McVay out thought themselves on this one, because usually they've been very solid to brilliant at picking up talent.
Snead is really quite poor at picking WR's. Look at his pre-McVay list: Quick, Givens, Tavon, Sted Bailey, Pharoh & the too injured to even make it to camp Bud Sasser. I suspect he made the final call on Tutu as well. Snead is about speed, McVay drafts route runners.
