Kurt was a terrific and fairly conservative QB; Peyton Manning being ultra conservative.
Tom Brady to me is not as conservative as Kurt, but also not as aggressive as Stafford.
Stafford is a free swinging home run hitter. It fits perfectly with both Snead's and McVay's personalities. They knew that before they traded for him and didn't bring him here to change him.
Bottom line: You couldn't make Kurt more aggressive anymore than you can make Stafford less aggressive unless they had personality transplants. You get what you get with them all. And every one of these QB's I mentioned are terrific in their own right; they're just not 4 copies of the same thing.
