I think it was someone else who hit Wilson in the helmet with their hand and they called it on AD. Not sure who it was but I thought I saw someone's hand graze his helmet on the replay.

It wasn't enough for a penalty to be called but the ref's were trying their hardest to give Shitattle a chance.
