Refs need to just call a TD. It was close enough. And besides that, every scoring play is subject to review. I bet they rule that a TD, review, and not enough evidence to over turn, so TD stands.

This being said, you have two chances at the 1 yard-line to score a TD and you can't. Well, maybe you don't deserve a TD anyways.
