Rams offer standing room only tickets now for like $100.... really good view, but you'll be standing the whole game, but that's not that hard to do really.
That would be best bet for budget tix... nose bleed tix are goin for $175 after fees on Stubhub and TM right now.
The Rams offer offsite parking with shuttle service for like $50 that is best option or take uber but might have major issues trying to get one after the game..
The other way is to just figure out a way to get to the stadium and take in the atmosphere and then check the ticket sites like 1 hour before kickoff and score a deal or if that doesn't work, just walk over the the Hollywood Park casino and watch the game there.
