I was at that game in 2017 Riese scored but got crunched by Mark Barron destroyed his knee and today he looked like he was back until Aaron Donald wrenched his leg
I am not sure how bad the injury is but IMO, it looked like he could've tried to give it a go for one final drive to win the game but chose not to. Just play shotgun and get the ball out fast! It would have given the Colts a better chance than playing the backup. Gimme a QB who is tough and can play when dinged/hurt. I want a QB that doesn't want to come out of the game no matter what. Especially when the game is on the line!
If Jack Youngblood can play multiple games on a broken leg...why couldn't Wentz tough it out with the game on the line?
Jared Goff finished a game with a broken thumb on his throwing hand and then again in the Playoffs after surgery!
Stafford played with a dislocated shoulder in Detroit and won the game!
IMO, "tough guys" suck it up, rub some dirt on it and continue to play when the game is on the line. That's not Wentz.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
