You can see old photos around the turn of the century where a railroad track runs across sand dunes. Today that same photo would should a walkway for people walking, riding bikes, skateboards, etc -on one side is the beach and ocean and on the other are large very expensive homes overlooking the ocean. If I could afford it i would live there in a heartbeat. Just the constant smell of the ocean and sound of breaking waves is what drives me. A real honest to goodness beach town that's probably grown up too much. But you can never get rid of the ocean smell and sound of waves. That's special.

Oh yes-they have this new swimwear for ladies called bikinis.
