I think he started 42 games for the Iowa Hawkeyes at left tackle (they typically have great offensive linemen, so that was a great start). And he was dominant during his play there.

He had a bad pro day and mixed results at the Senior Bowl.

But apparently, he's gone vegan and lost some weight. From what I saw at joint practices and in preseason games, he has solid potential.

Hopefully, Kevin Carberry can prepare him for a larger role in the future.

I totally agree and I do believe he needs to add some leg strength, but the diet has served him well, very nimble and I believe next year will be an option at LT. Kudos to Snead & company for adding these type of UDRFA's like Williams & Hoecht on the Defensive Line too.
