The QB change is significant there. Stafford is going to threaten their defense big time. We'll still have issues with that defensive front but it won't be one-way like it was with Goff back there. Also they won't have Blythe to blow up when they need interior pressure, and hopefully Allen is more stout there.
I def think that we'll be much more of a challenge for the whiners on offense with Stafford.
But, to be honest with you...whether it be Son of Bum or Brandon Staley, we've pretty much proven that we have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to stop Shanahan's offense - regardless of who's playing in it.
I just don't get the sense that we've upgraded the defense (either through players or Morris' scheme) enough to envision our match-ups to be anything other than absolute dog fights.
Would really like to see Jones drop Mostert, though.
