Not impossible for him to get open but Stafford just explained it better than most realize. It's a backhanded compliment on receivers like tutu. They have to work a lot harder to get open and the window closes a lot faster and balls have to be placed just right to get completions. His catch radius is reduced significantly because of his size and inability to go up and contest catches. He is going to have to work a lot harder to look open compared to a Jacob Harris or even cooper kupp. His small size is also going to get lost when Stafford has to read the field against players they are going to overshadow him. I think he will excel in punt return and special teams because he will get lost when surrounded by players that are physically much bigger than him.
