Need, or want?

The Rams may not need another RB right now, but there are valid reasons for wanting one.
Because the Rams draft late and sign undrafted players, there is a lingering tone of better talent ending up on other teams.

I don't know if any what if...? scenario can do more than open up a long debate.

I would not have minded the Rams adding a bigger-bodied power back, even as Cam Akers prepared to be a feature back. I think that bigger-bodied back would be even more valuable now.
