The Rams will not use him as the primary PR this year. They are going to try different guys to see who is best.... and if the best is good enough. If not, they'll look around and bring someone in. Could Kupp be the in-game back-up if the regular PR guy get's injured? Yes. So they'll make sure he gets some reps shagging punts.
