Was Kupp returning punts or just shagging em to speed up drills?

I saw a tweet from a guy about Cooper Kupp shagging punts

But to be honest, it didn't appear as though he was returning anything. Just fielding them so they don't bounce all over the place and delay drillls. I could be wrong, but it didn't look like he was returning anything to me.
