And they are doing it right in Carolina. Their Owner David Tepper is the richest owner in the NFL and they are building the team right. Sad part, Jets could've had Rhule and they went with Gase because they wanted to control the coaching staff and the Giants did not want to match Tepper's offer for the New York born & raised Rhule and former Giant assistant. IMHO, both franchises will regret their decision.
