I'm not sure about the wording of this title. Are the Rams really expecting Stafford to make a major jump or do the Rams expect the offense to make a major jump with Stafford at QB?

I'd argue that they just want Stafford to keep playing the way that he's been playing but that that will make the Rams offense better than it's been the last couple of years.
