1. idk...if i was them i would (and im sure they did) is market test the various concepts against different demographics. From there have a number of options, select the one with the broadest appeal, select the one that appeals most to a specific demographic group, choose the one you like best, ot maybe some combination of the above. obviously not being a member of the rams im no privy to how they settled on theire choice but i would bet it had alot to do with profits.
2. ive said this before so ill say it again. i didnt have a problem with the old horn but i like the symmetry of the new horn. in fact i now probably like it better.
3. yeah i know. and my response to that is that im not sure a bunch of 50 year old white guys really know what kids like these days. I brought up music before because i think the music my kids listen to is awful. i would expect most of the people here to agree with that. Yet its popular. Who is right? us or all the kids listening to it?Quote

I just am not sure if the rebrand will last long enough to "capture and hold" anyone.
Having said that, do you feel they wouldn't have been able to "capture and hold" the next gen fans by simply "tweaking" or updating the Ferragamo's like the one they just rolled out?
Do really feel that the neutering of the horn would "capture and hold" the next gen fans more than a full traditional horn? I am not so sure.
Myself and many others who aren't fans of the rebrand have said "consistently" that only a "tweak" or small upgrade would have been fine and still would have attracted new next gen fans without giving the finger to tradition and older fans too. (just like it did all of us in the 70s/80s)

Both questions should be a yes or no answer. I am not asking about marketing, what's best for business or how they came to a decision.
