Yes. You are correct. Home teams choice. But other than the sixties, and the very short time after the Rams came home, and were stuck with the St. Louis colors, they have always wore the dark jersey for home games. Including last season. So I don't really understand why they are wearing the whites at home for the Bears game.
In the end, it's really no big deal.
