Don't know about 60: but the roster make up and size does need to change

1) A 3rd QB should NOT count against roster size or game day players or to a point salary cap (up to the first $1mil for example).
2) The roster size should increase to 55 and game day to 49.

That extra game is big. Especially for teams that will qualify for the playoffs.
