Major long shot. Unless you are an incredible PR guy (he's not), then you have to be able to be a 5th WR, a 3rd or 4th RB, a 4th CB, something like that.
I think it'll be one of the new WRs, maybe a RB. Not sure Funk has ever been a PR guy. Same with Calais. I imagine the Rams REALLY want to give Tutu every chance at it so he can dress on game day. Otherwise, I'm not sure where he fits with Woods, Kupp, Jefferson, and Jackson. Harris is going to suit up as one of the best STs guys. He has the athleticism to serve immediately as a bit player at WR or TE.... but really more WR.
Webster is going to be the odd man out. And I have a hunch Tutu knows how important it is that he becomes a reliable PR guy... like right now. I can't imagine the Rams would use Jackson to return punts.
