The first time I used electronic tickets was the Seattle game at the Coliseum in 2018. My phone's battery wasn't doing so well and many times it would be dead by the middle of the afternoon. After using the Uber ap a lot that day and doing other searches, I was worried it would be dead before we hit the gate. I also kept checking that I could find where the tickets were stored in the phone. It worked, but sure caused me stress that day!
