Enthusiasm is contagious and is nearly always wonderful for a team's morale as long as the hard/grind work is put in....and I have no reason to think it's not.
We know the players all like Morris...we just need Morris to be very good at calling defenses...that's when he'll get even more respect. Clowning around is fine after all the hay's been bailed.
