So much info I'm not going to even try to condense it. Demoff was on the entire almost 90 minutes and offered a lot of insight on the Stafford trade, the philosophy behind it, the philosophy of how the Rams approach building a team, analytics, the idea of identifying certain traits they draft for in middle round players versus looking for the "complete" players, the well known "impatience" of Snead of McVay, why they get a few Superstars and then build around them, how they view draft picks versus the undervalue of veteran players and why they are critical, etc.
