Seems pretty fair. I like McVay better than a couple of the guys in front of him but all in all, he's placed about right. Like Arians though, I think the franchises they've turned around would count a little bit more for me. Turning the Cardinals, Bucs or Rams into consistent winners is more admirable than doing the same for the Steelers for example.
