The last I saw Harris is 211 so he is actually down in weight. Not so encouraging if we think he is going to get to 230.
A 6' 5" guy can get to 230 in the NFL. He's had nothing like NFL weight training. I am not guaranteeing this, just thinking out loud, but either way it looks like he will probably be at TE this year.

I agree he could get up to 230 but why if he is looking good at 211. And I know guys weight fluctuates daily for peak physical athletes. I know they want him to be te but man he looks like a receiver to me. I heard the same things about claypool being a te. Harris has wr skills to me but that's just my opinion.
