This offense is going to put up A LOT of points.
McVay knows his stuff, but so does Stafford.
Bottom line, McVay is the HC, so don't think Stafford is going to come in and run the show.
What Stafford brings to the Rams is leadership, confidence, game management skills and toughness. Qualities at football's toughest position.
Stafford will not be afraid to challenge McVay once in a while, which will be good for McVay because he won't be a "dictator", he will make decisions with his QB.
One thing about "HIGH I.Q." guys like McVay, they like and respect other "High I.Q." guys because they learn things from them. Like the way McVay like's Billicheat, because he challenges his knowledge of the game, to make him a better HC!
