They are naming starters early and developing a cohesive #1 unit.
That doesn't mean they can't change a spot in the process. Like if Evans falters there are guys behind him.
What all that means is
1. this constant, universal cross-training we saw in previous years is over. Some depth guys will cross-train, obviously, cause (for example) you need Brewer to be able to play both guard spots and ROT. But the 5 starters are set in their positions and are working together toward unit cohesion. Before,
everyone cross-trained.
2. There is no one behind Corbett, really. I base that on hunches in reacting to things they're saying and not saying.
