While most everyone else is thinking new acquisitions are being inserted into an established offensive system I'm very much wondering if what McVay reveals this year will be quite new. So my answer would be: getting the offense to gel in a somewhat new 'system', if you will... I'm sure it's not a revamp, a totally new system, but new enough to catch us, and more importantly other teams, with their pants down.
