Honestly: this is just so much sports media fodder

These guys have to fill dead air space until training camps open and there's actually something to write about.
They're just saying stuff. And what in the world does it matter? It's just words from guys who only get paid when they write words.
It's why journalists are right there with Congress as the most unpopular, un-trusted, people in America.
