2 million is way to much for his production. They could go internal for a cheaper replacement. It's not like there will be a talent drop off. Or use that 2 million to sign a veteran June 1 cap casualty LB.

His career just hasn't worked out. The Ravens had no problem moving on from him and it's not like the guy is 22 and just breaking into the league. He's 25 now. If he hasn't gotten it yet, he may nevert get it.
