Agree with 43: Brewer makes it easily and maybe even Shelton over Allen.
Can't see starting both Reeder and Kiser (maybe against the Ravens). Howard starts as the chase/coverage ILB.
Lots of possibilities for Safety #5. Gervase?

Isn't the practice squad 12 this year? With 2 available for call-up to the 53 and returnable to the PS?
