Of the scouts that have grown on me the last few years it's...
James Gladstone.
He was a major player in last years draft selections and he comes across to me as a legit professional NFL scout.
He looks like a younger NFL scout that gets the process and puts in the work along with a great presentation.
If you look at last years version Gladstone appears to be an NFL draft scout gem.
